Assistant Director of Pell and Data

Responsible for administration of the Federal Pell Grant Program, including account reconciliation. Responsible for generating accurate data in support of all student billing and financial aid activities for the University of Maine. Responsible for the delivery of financial aid to UMaine students studying at other campuses within the University of Maine System and non-UMS domestic institutions. Manage delivery of financial aid for students with residency changes. Provides support for programs, reporting and related procedures for the Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS). Responsible for the support and continued maintenance of the Campus Solutions module within the University’s student information system (Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions). Supports OSFS staff in business processes and day-to-day operations. Responsible for assisting with major reporting requirements as well as daily office reporting and data needs.
