JOB SUMMARY
The University of Connecticut’s Office of Student Financial Aid Services is seeking an organized and self-motivated Financial Aid Officer in the Federal and Special Programs unit. The incumbent will process Private Alternative educational loans and Federal Direct Loans daily, independently resolve complex loan issues and identify process improvements.

This is a full-time, twelve-month position. Final compensation will be commensurate with the qualifications and credentials of the chosen candidate. Other rights, terms, and conditions of employment are contained in the collective bargaining agreement between the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut Professional Employees Association (UCPEA).
